- Level 5 plaster finishing on all walls and ceilings.
- To cover the dincel concrete walls, we installed 13mm plasterboard.
- Fibre cement sheeting for bathroom walls in preparation for tiling.
- P-50 (10mm) shadowline finish at the ceiling to wall junction.
- Build hidden cavities and bulkheads in bathrooms and utility rooms to conceal air conditioning units, extractor fans, plumbing, etc.
- Blind pelmets were added to all windows with a squared set perimeter to finish.
- Integrated lighting featuring recessed downlights.
