For this high end residential project, we completed the following tasks:
The team conducted a thorough site evaluation to assess the design specifications, including the integration of suspended ceilings, recessed lighting, and concealed cavities for air conditioning and plumbing.
We applied a Level 5 plastering finish to all walls and the 150 metre raked ceilings to ensure the highest standard of quality. The entire space was meticulously prepared to eliminate any imperfections, ensuring a flawless finish under all lighting conditions.
A significant aspect of the project was the installation of 150 metre raked ceilings throughout the property. In bathrooms and utility rooms, we constructed hidden cavities and bulkheads to conceal air conditioning units, extractor fans, and plumbing.
To maintain clean lines and a seamless aesthetic, we applied a 10mm P-50 shadowline finish at the ceiling to wall junction and on all header free doors.
We incorporated recessed downlights into the suspended ceilings, ensuring the lighting system was seamlessly integrated into the design for a contemporary, minimalist look.
Once all plastering and lighting installations were completed, we conducted a final inspection to ensure the highest quality finish. The site was thoroughly cleaned, and all areas were inspected for safety and functionality, leaving the property in pristine condition.
